I just drank about a half gallon of water so don’t mind the full tummy!
The judges last September said I needed to work on my rear delts and shoulders… So that is what I’ve been doing… Among other things.
Lifting 5 days a week, anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour, and +-30 minutes of cardio… This varies, Depending on our goals! also good nutrition, I log my activity and my food in my Fitbit app… And have been doing that since 2015 WAYYYY before I started competing …also a gallon of water a day… Rinse and repeat -
I don’t share my macros or my exact training program, because they are ever changing, and every person has a different goal!
Don’t get hung up on what I am doing… Get hung up on what YOU need to do!
Getting a coach brings you to the next level faster… I know everyone says they’re expensive but there are all price points! I am grateful for my coaches! I consider them an investment in my future health! I don’t need no country club membership!!!! I’ve got people!!!
