Happy Juneteenth! 2 years ago I participated as a contributor to an amazing project highlighting the origin of the very first Black Barbie Doll. Today we celebrate its release! A documentary illustrating the journey to inclusion, representation and diversity in the world of Barbie. As both a mother and a woman in the world of fashion, it was so fascinating to dive into the impact of the first Black Barbie but also the work that still needs to be done.
