In the lead-up to International Men’s Health Week this week, some of our people volunteered with @breakthroughmhr for their Biggest Men's Meals and Mental Health Dinner.
Part of this event is ‘Step to the Line’, where 600 men, many of whom don't know each other, embrace one another after sharing their vulnerabilities with the person opposite them that are unknown to many of the closest people in their lives.
In addition to raising awareness and the normalisation of the mental health conversation, the event also served as a platform to raise vital funds for the launch of a new Suicide Prevention Fellowship in Men’s Mental Health.

Yesterday’s 10th annual Zurich Walk to the ‘G saw supporters show up at Fed Square in their blue and white beanies, as they waved their flags to honour Neale Daniher, co-founder of @fightmnd and ex-Melbourne Football Club coach.
The walk coincided with FightMND’s #bigfreeze10 match between @melbournefc and @collingwood_fc later that day.

Luke, a long-time @Melbournefc supporter, was our lucky 'Heads or Tails' competition winner who got to walk onto the @MCG and toss the coin pre-game in the recent clash against St Kilda Football Club.
It was a surreal moment for this Dees fan, and Luke told us he was still buzzing the day after the 'money-can't-buy experience'!
