A few things to remember going into the week ahead:
- you are strong and capable to achieve whatever you set your mind to do.
- progress takes time, patience and consistency is key.
- it’s ok to rest and take a break, listen to your body and how you are feeling.
- food is fuel.
- stay hydrated.
- don’t compare your journey to someone else’s, you are on your own journey at your own pace.

Want to grow your quads but not sure where to start?
here’s a few tips from me ☺️
- leg extension full reps mixed with half reps and paused
- leg press with feet facing forward
- heels elevated squats or front squats
- elevated front foot reverse lunges
Here’s just a few of my favourite exercises but also on-top of this don’t forget to keep your protein intake high and have adequate rest.
