My Ice Bath Journey❄️🥶 ⬇️
I started my ice bath journey back in late 2022, heard a lot of great benefits from it with immunity reducing inflammation etc. still to this day it is very challenging to do ice bath because how intense it can be and how your mind is trying to protect you from something
challenging.
Learning to adapt to the breath and be in the cold for however long you can, I really recommend test it out and go through your own body and how you feel with it, if it’s for you or not. Nowadays, I just do it for however long I can because it can get intense based how I’m feeling on that day and there’s no competition trying to do the longest or winning or fail. When is the summertime I definitely yearn for it in winter time not ideal personally for me lol. I love health and wellness I believe that we can heal from anything in our bodies because our bodies are powerful. Something I can practice for the rest of my life until like I don’t need it anymore.
