Two exercises from my back workout with @onefitnessworkout today. Back has never been my favorite muscle group to workout. Probably my least favorite, but my trainer, Chris, has definitely pushed me in that area. And I’m liking the results. The wings are spreading 🪽🪽! Thanks homie 🙏🏾!

The best part of it, seeing my family!! Thank you to my cousin and cuz-in-law, Kim and Michael for coming to the show. I love y’all so much. Y’all don’t know how much that meant to me❤️.
And mannnnn my best friends, Greg and Tiffany, came! Greg and I started dancing together back in 2006 ❤️, and Tiffany was always there being supportive every step of the way. We used to practice in his uncle’s garage. He would make me freestyle, and I still cringe when I have too lol. Wow man talk about full circle and humble beginnings.
My fav moments of the tour have definitely been having my love ones at shows, and seeing them be proud of me 🥹🥹🥹! #LoveHardTour#keyshiacole
