To get insanely fit and level up your dance skills, here's 3 exercises you need to try.
1️⃣ Jumping Lunges: Turn, keep that front knee in check, and jump as high as you can. No knee-banging allowed!
2️⃣ Inchworm Pushup: Start feet together, walk it out, engage that core, and power through the pushup. Then, walk it back, feel that stretch in your hamstrings and then rise back up.
3️⃣ Speed Skater: Push off of your left foot onto your right, and then you're gonna switch to the other side.
Repeat these moves 2-3 times each, and you'll have a great workout!🔥
