“Commit to the present moment”. Manchester Marathon - 3:20:30. What an experience that was. The ‘victory lap’ after a 15 week training block but as they all tell you, nothing can you prepare you for that final 10km. Proud of that time which was originally my goal despite riding a few waves of nativity over the last few months thinking I could go faster. The main take away for the next one, yes next one, is simply more miles on feet. I could feel past around 25km my legs just didn’t have the condition to keep up the paces I was going for. ‘Till the wheels fall off’. It’s been a pleasure to document all of this and hopefully I’ve inspired a few people. Thank you for all the messages and the support on the day, means a lot. Of course big up to @coachparkerpt for taking me to a point of fitness I dreamt of 15 weeks ago. I’m now looking forward to running just for the fun of it and also going back to good old bro sessions first thing in the morning. Hyrox in October but first I’m enjoying summer.

The pinnacle for myself as a DJ and promoters so far. It was always the dream for to be able to play a solo headline show at You&Me and it finally came true. I was incredibly nervous before this one, there’s little to hide behind when it’s you playing all day long, at your own party, in your own city but seeing the response I am so happy. It feels pretty surreal the wave me and the team are on right now, it’s what we were imagining for the last 10 years. Thanks to everyone who danced and continues to show love. Keep your eyes open for some amazing shows to be announced. You&Me will return at the end of May with Raresh and Traumer at Progress. 🎥 @haze.visual

Proud to put this one out. This was the very first idea I made in my new studio in January. I posted a clip on social media not thinking too much of it and ended up getting a tun of messages about it. From there I ended up recording a new vocal with the amazing @biancanieddu and then I guess after teaming up with @tszrecordings the rest is history.
