Always been a little obsessed with Pop Art and Kimbra. ✌🏼 Watched my mother spend thousands of hours over the sewing machine to create the bodices (that are all perfectly tailored) and skirts with a special something to make them move… can’t reveal all the secrets! Mrs Holroyd at NZDS on the lycra shorts and Molly in Chch for their hats. Lynda at Angel Fabrics for gloves. Competitions are such a funny world. But aside from that I look at this team and we achieved such beautiful things. It’s more about the artistry really in my opinion, over and above a first place. Do you create or do you tick a box?
