You won't get better just by copying the form. It's actually a difficult lesson that you can't master unless you understand how to use your body and imagine it as you do it. 🤨 But what's great about her lessons is that you can have fun and improve at the same time! It was the first time for many of us to take her lessons, but we were really inspired by being able to see Lilah's performance up close!
