A Sensory Sanctuary Experience
In the dome we have a live jam band, which you're welcome to join, we've had all ages play with us, all genres and skill levels, that typically opens after 8pm.
The dome moves from people dancing under UV light to the evolving musical jam (glowing in bodypaint, coming and going), transforming into a group seated on the floor or in hammocks, returning to a circle, at which point the electronic music goes off and returns to acoustic, to mantra then silence, a final meditation until *pop* the lights go off and we are immersed in the light of a single central candle. This ends the night in a powerful way, containing the magic of our creative expression with a peaceful stillness.
As facilitators of the space and the jam, we encourage a natural flow, whenever we're ready to return to conversation we might encourage you to share how the experience was.

We're roaming the fields and cities for Udderly Amazing Volunteers to be part of our fabulous team for Moovin Festival 2024.
We have a multitude of volunteer Roles at this year’s festival, whatever tickles your fancy, from hands on build and break activities to generally being friendly and helpful as a steward. You’ll do approx 18 hours total, get a free ticket for the festival, a free camping ticket, and get food and drink for every shift worked so it’s a pretty cushty deal too! Please email volunteers@moovin-festival.com and tell us about yourself, and any vaguely relevant experience you may (or may not!) have.

Introducing @nubiyantwist a powerhouse collective, blending jazz, hip-hop, afrobeat, and soul into a vibrant tapestry of sound that’s as diverse as it is infectious. With their slick brass section, dynamic rhythm, and the soulful vocals of Nubiya Brandon, this band is impossible to resist.
Since forming in 2011 at the Leeds College of Music, Nubiyan Twist have dazzled audiences at major festivals like Glastonbury, Boomtown, and Edinburgh Jazz Festival, proving that their live performances are head turning to say the least. Their debut album, Nubiyan Twist (2015), set the stage for their innovative sound, while their follow-up albums Jungle Run (2019) and Freedom Fables (2021) have cemented their reputation as staples in the contemporary music scene.
Nubiyan Twist has collaborated with some of the finest names in music, including the legendary Tony Allen, Ethio-jazz star Mulatu Astatke, and UK soul icon Jordan Rakei.
