Korja tenga (Carissa Carandas ) pickle recipe ❣️
1) Wash and sun dry the korja tengas
2) Heat oil in a kadhai and add red chillies, pasfuron, whole meethi and whole jeera seeds.
3) Add the tengas to it. Then add salt , haldi and jeera powder. You can also add king chillies for extra spice.
4) Allow it to cool and transfer the pickle to a clean glass dry jar.
5) The pickle will be ready in a week.
