National costume is a medium to express a story about our art, culture, tradition, heritages and anything important about our country. This year we wanted to represent the Mandala art and our designer sonam subba limbu left no stone unturned to make it with perfection. Our winner carried it with the best way possible to express to the world.
However, our teammates were supposed to take it to poland but their visa got rejected. We had 3 days time to take it to the venue which was not possible through courier. we had no option other than finding a reliable person who could carry it to Poland. This would have been impossible without the support of my friend Santosh Pariyar who played a role of angel to take it from Nepal to Poland. Additionally, thank you Fly Dubai, Ashmita jee, Aditya jee, Prabesh Jee, Nico, Gosia, Alexander, Karolina, Nester, and many more for making this possible. Special thanks to friends of MRR, Dari Gang, Gentleman Society who helped with ideas and support.
Yesterday Sajina Khanal received it in the late afternoon, managed to recreate the wooden framed mandala with cotton filler. Performed with perfection and confidence in the evening.
Today is the finals of Mister Supranational 2024 , Dhiroj Kaji Basnet is all set to break records , the way he use to do as a volleyball Captain of Nepal. We will try our best to get placement and bring title home.
