(Trying this again)✨✨Maybe my most favorite stop on our adventure thus far. The couple in these photos have been married 37 years. They spend 6 months of the year making cheese together on their farm and in winter they take their milk down to the shop in town. As the first signs of spring cover the mountains in Gstaad the fire is lit and the cheese making begins. We tried fresh cheese and cheese aged 1 year.
