We are not taught the concept of this tool called money which is man-made. God never sent a man to a room full of $ because God does not manufacture $. When the pastor/church needs $ she comes to the people, when the people need $ you tell to pray to God.All over NY you encounter Jamaicans put their $ together in a system called Isusu/draw which allows each member to put their hands on bulk $ at a time to mitigate losses and a lot of houses was purchased with this concept. The church is in a position to organize such instead of taking from the people for 52 Sundays. If $ is taken and nothing tangible is given in return, this perpetuates poverty. So, if we really want to know why we are poor, we need to examine our oldest institution which is the church and restructure that institution for the financial benefit of black people. The church is a business and how has the business benefited the business partners? This is thought-provoking episode and those who can stand the heat, you know where to go. Talking about an intelligent conversation, it doesn't get intelligent than this.
