This video means a lot to me, especially as an LGBTQ+ and autistic person (and someone who has been bullied a lot for being different). And as a massive fan of POTF, the message of compassion is so important.
This is a little embarrassing, but after Marko sings 'embrace reality' and the people in the video begin to smile and be affectionate, I usually tear up. It's just so lovely. And wonderful to see Poets supporting people from all different walks of life.
As it is currently Pride Month, I was thinking about this video, which is how this post came about. I just wanted to talk about how much this music video means to me. Thank you so much to Poets of the Fall for making this. And to anyone reading this, be they an ally or LGBTQ+, happy pride month! 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️🌈
