I bought some earrings in May and they still haven’t been delivered. I have sent 14 emails to Olivia burtons complains but because the delivery driver is saying they were delivered I can not get a refund! The customer service has been a nightmare!! I have photo proof from my camera that the delivery driver left a slip as I was at work. I have sent this to them but I’m still not entitled to a refund. Do not order from them! Their customer service is the worse I’ve ever dealt with.
