Wednesday night I had the honor of speaking with the DYW of Escambia County girls 💜🫧
While DYW isn’t a pageant they do participate in interview and self expression. Getting on stage to answer a question or even participate in a 10 minute interview isn’t easy and I was so glad to share some tips! To say this group of girls are outstanding would truly be an understatement. I was so impressed with each and every one of them and know they will go far in life.
This appearance was extra special because it was the first time back in my high school’s auditorium since I graduated 6 years ago 🥹 So full circle to come back for an appearance at the place I day dreamed about this crown. So grateful.
