I love this alternative to lateral raises Yes using cuffs doesn’t always look as cool as throwing some big dumbbells around but it’s a useful tool to utilise These are ankle cuffs from @fitnesssuperstore but work for wrists also. Cuffs enable you to focus on the movement without the issue of losing tension through wrist flexion, you can isolate the delts easier in this way. Now I’m not saying do these instead of dumbbells but you could or even do them as well as some added side delt work is not usually a bad thing Buy them on their site and use TERRY10 for 10% off.
I have done the standing crossover and love it but I'm gonna throw that one in now

I do this exercise and I love it. I feel the cables get the delts burning that little bit more for me
