You guys, the basics really work! ✔️
I know, I know… but there’s so many basics and as a human living in 2024 (with family, kids, work, etc.) it seems impossible to nail 🔨down the basics.
That being said, many of my clients come to me after years of being on the back burner and their bodies are stuck in a constant state of stress; which increases⬆️their cortisol levels.
Here are some —BASIC— ways to manage stress/cortisol:
💭set daily intentions
💻limit blue light
☀️morning sunlight
☕️cut back on caffeine
💤prioritize sleep
📓evening journaling
💊supplements
