Do short people need to stretch too? Do you love or hate it? That deep release can feel sooooo good. But also it's tedious. 6'9" and feeling fine, as long as I take some good time each week to take care of my body! Tall people know the importance of taking care of our mobility as we age, we may command attention and be able to see over everyone at a concert, but it's a fact that we didn't win the lottery when it comes to longevity.
