DROPS Fabel held double is a popular choice for warm and long wearing, socks and slippers. But have you tried combining DROPS Fabel 161, pink dream and DROPS Fabel 310, sunset?
The resulting combination has great shape stability, with a knitting tension of about 16 stitches = 10 cm using 5,5 mm needles, which is a perfect fit for patterns in Knitting tension group 16-17 stitches.
Remember however that knitting tension varies from person to person and that the suggested needle size is only a guide. You can adjust the needle size to get a different tension - or match the tension recommended in the pattern you are working with. Just make a swatch! 😉
