Born into a performing-arts family, Arquette left home at the age of 15 to move in with her sister Rosanna, who was already an established film actress. Among the many stand out performances Arquette has delivered over the years, she is most known for her work in the film Boyhood, and the television series’s Severance, Medium, and The Act.

Significantly, Arquette is also an accomplished humanitarian. She founded
@givelove_org , a non-profit about safe water and sanitation. Additionally, in 2017, she was awarded the Vanguard Award from
#GLAAD for her advocacy work as an ally to the LGBTQ+ community.

@derekwarburton on the pink carpet all about Alexis and what Pride represents.
