Ingredients:
- 50g Light Butter(melted and cooled)
- 1 Egg
- 75g High-Protein Yoghurt
- 180ml Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 100g Stevia
- 130g Wholemeal Flour
- 20g Cocoa Powder
- 60g Chocolate Protein Powder @gentecnutrition wpi
- 100g Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
- 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- Dash of Salt
Instructions:
Combine wet ingredients, then fold in the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Spoon into muffin tins and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
