I booked a room in Bali through your site
I entered the check in and out dates and the quoted price as per the attached was $852.
You then took me to a page that asked for my credit card details and without even providing any break down in costs you charged my card for $6700!!!! No where does it say that the room rate is per night….
I have taken this to the police as cyber crime and reported to my bank with a full breakdown of the screen by screen booking.
There will be an investigation…. You’re criminal. This has ruined my entire family vacation. I was going to visit my daughter for her birthday and now can’t go anywhere.
