Protein Cookie Dough 🍪
Throw everything in a blender and you’re good to go!
Makes 5 filling serves:
Cals: 361
Protein: 13g
✅ 2 cups oats
✅ 1 scoop protein powder- I used @gentecnutrition Choc Protein Custard use code ‘Nat’ for discount
✅ 1 tbs Cocoa to enhance choc flavour or leave out if using diff flavour
✅ 1/3 cup chia seeds
✅ 3 tbs light Greek yogurt
✅ 2.5 cups almond milk or more of you like it more runny
✅ 1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup- add more or any other sweetener if you want it sweeter
✅ 30g dark chocolate melted
Blend everything except chocolate in a blender. Place into containers for meal prep. Top with melted chocolate and set in fridge until choc hardens. Top with fruit or yogurt and enjoy ☺️
