SNACKS FROM SCRATCH: Vegan Cheese-It’s! What other snacks shall I make from scratch? 👀 Ingredients 6 oz vegan cheddar shreds 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1/2 cup vegan butter 1 cup unbleached plain flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 3 tbsp cold water The magic - Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse till it combines and forms a dough - Take out of food processor and form into a round dough ball - Preheat oven to 350F - Roll out the dough, about 1/8 inch thickness - Using a pizza cutter or knife cut into 1x1 squares. - Use a toothpick to poke a hole in the middle of each square - Bake the crackers on parchment lined paper for 20-25 minutes or till crispy and golden brown. - Remove from the oven and cool for 10-15 before serving - Say a prayer of gratitude, sprinkle some love and serve with joy
