Mix up your chest workouts by adding machine chest press! 🔥⁠ Advice from Terry Hollands: "Looking for chest development Now I love to keep heavy compound movements in mine and clients programmes as I think being strong and hitting pbs is great for motivation but…. Often you can get far more chest development doing machine chest presses and fly type movements, now I’m not saying don’t bench press but remember if muscle growth (as opposed to strength) is the goal using machines could serve you better! Working in a controlled movement with a big stretch through the pecs is going to be optimum for muscle growth, I myself because of the way I bench get very little stretch in the pecs and mainly feel it in front delts and triceps" - @terryhollands ⁠ Follow us for more workout ideas! ⁠
