@amazon I need your delivery team to explain why my purchases are never delivered to me while other members of the same household get their deliveries. Same address; same delivery instructions; their packages arrive; my packages do not. Customer Service agents spew the exact same words but no one offers any type of explanation and nothing gets corrected. This is getting very tiresome and my next step is FTC, BBB and going to every media source willing to listen
