Work in progress. My sketch is ready to transfer to watercolour paper using my light pad. 💡✏️📃 I'm nervous about painting this one; there are so many colours in these 'black' birds, I hope I can achieve the right look. For sketching I always use a 2H mechanical pencil. I like hard pencils, for some reason.
