Chaga Q&A! We’ll start… 🤓 Did you know that the Sami people, indigenous to the Arctic regions of Scandinavia, hold deep-rooted beliefs about Chaga? 🍄 In Sami tradition, this supernatural sclerotium symbolises strength, resilience, and a vital connection to nature 🌳 The Sami prepare Chaga by drying and grinding it into a powder, then brewing it over and over to achieve the most potent decoction - which is firmly believed to be the seventh brew ☕️ Sami hunters would drink this super-charged seventh brew of Chaga tea before an expedition, trusting in its power to enhance stamina, sharpen the senses, and protect them from illness 💪🏼 There is both symbolic and practical importance of Chaga in Sami culture, which to us highlights their profound relationship with the natural world and a reliance on traditional knowledge for both survival and well-being ~ swoon, generational wisdom 🗣️✨ As usual, there’s so much we can learn from our native brothers and sisters the world over… While we might not all have Chaga growing in our back gardens, (and the Sami people are quite unlikely to have blood oranges growing in theirs!) we hope our tinctures can help to bridge the gap between native wisdom and wellbeing in a modern context. They really do hit different with a generous squeeze of fresh OJ 🍊 Curious to learn more about this peculiar, primordial fungus? 🙋🏻‍♀️ Comment your questions below and we’ll respond to them in a video next week👇🏼 #BristolFungarium #BristolBorn #ScienceLed 🍄 🍄 🍄 #Chaga #MedicinalMushrooms #Superfood #NaturalRemedies #HerbalMedicine #Adaptogens #HolisticHealth #ImmuneBoost #HealthBenefits #TraditionalMedicine #MushroomPower #NatureCure #SustainableHealth #WellnessJourney #HealingFoods #IndigenousWisdom #Native #Traditional #Ancient #Indigenous #Sami #Scandi #Wisdom #ASMR

Please explain why Chaga should always be consumed as a dual-extracted product rather than raw powder or chunks in regards to how the stomach can process its medicinal properties

And think about how much we have still to remember and learn from our elders and ancestors. I moved to london from the depths of Somerset 7 years ago. I’ve never felt so far away from the connection of the world. Even the trees are lost here and give you no clear signal of what’s ahead. The animals have forgotten wild skills and replaced some of them with urban skills, in that moment to becoming seeming part of the machine. People walk around without even looking at what’s moving around them. We are truly lost in every facet of the word. And when I say us I mean us. We cannot sit here and talk in our circles thinking we are a safe but somewhat a silent majority. We are not. The majority is wearing glasses with a tint we used to call rose, no it’s a pixelated tint of cyan, magenta and darkness. Places like this are safe for us like minded folk and these product are amazing wonders of our history and natural world. Unfortunately one day we may be needing them for the same reasons as the Sami Hunters, to protect what we have to.

I have been using your chaga, lions mane and reishi tinctures for over two years now and I can 100000 percent say I will use them forever. I had an awful stomach/digestion issue and tried everything, natural and pharmaceutical. Nothing worked. Read up on the benefits of mushrooms, for physical and mental health and went for it. Best decision I’ve ever made. 3 tinctures a month. No looking back. Thank you so much 😍😍🙌🏻🔥
