Mastering has always been about 25-30% of my workload but in recent years it’s shifted to being more like 50-75% of my workload. I think that’s due to a handful of reasons and I’m here for it. I really enjoy mastering and I think it’s probably smart to start pushing it on socials more considering how much more accessible mastering is while still getting a bit of “my sound” into your finals.
I also think it’s insane that we are at a point where Billboard
#1 , Grammy winning and RIAA Diamond producers, writers, artists and or teams trust me with their art. Doesn’t matter if I’m mixing or mastering, I’m so grateful to be working in audio.
