Let’s talk DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS! As most of you know a non refundable deposit is required to book your appointment with Bella Glam. This deposit DOES apply to the total of the service. When you pay a deposit this reserves a spot on my extremely busy & booked schedule and ensures me that you are committed. I feel this is extremely fair as most artists charge full price at the time of booking OR keep a credit card on file and charge your card for the entire service if you choose to no show or cancel. I block out the time & day for your appointments. I lose money and an opportunity to book another client when there's a cancelation. Deposits are required for new clients & services. If you didn’t pay a deposit, you are not on the books! Again, deposits are NON refundable. This is mentioned multiple times at the time of booking & in our pricing. This is also mentioned in our booking policy. Your deposit may transfer if rescheduling within our policy timeline but if you choose to cancel all together the deposit will not be refunded. In a rare emergency, there will be a $50 cancelation fee. “When a deposit is non-refundable, it means that regardless of the circumstances, the buyer forfeits the money paid if they decide not to proceed with the agreement. In the case of a rare emergency, you will be charged a cancelation fee of $50 We are solidly booked thru 2025. We thank you for all your support!
