The girls name is Babbi Rossi, she was a Panicat (term used to describe hot scantily clad stage candy) for a Brazilian comedy series called Panico Na. They did the headshave without her consent nor knowledge suddenly on live TV. She was devastated but rolled with it as she really had no choice, thus her reaction was real. It was a major controversy and critics, bloggers and the media tore into the producers and heads did roll over that. Post headshave she dealt with it and said due to it being done without her permission she expected a promotion to a full host versus eye candy (Panicat) and “paid lip service” by acting like it wasn’t a big deal, not filing a law suit, downplaying the situation, etc. But they further screwed her by not rewarding her at all.
