✨all you need is✨
- 100g chicken breast fillet
- 1x medium egg
- Salt & pepper
- Paprika
- 15g grated Parmesan
- Lettuce
- 1x tbsp low fat caesar dressing
- 10g parmesan to top
⭐method⭐
- Preheat your oven to 180C.
- In a bowl, combine your cooked shredded chicken, egg, salt & pepper, paprika & grated Parmesan.
- Once fully combined, spoon the mixture into the centre of a lined baking tray and flatten this to create your base.
- Pop in the oven for 18-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
