Sometimes they are scared of certain tones, colours or techniques with good reason so instead of trying to convince them that your way is the best way listen and meet them in the middle. You can offer your professional suggestions without dismissing their opinions. ✅Consult them on the areas they’ve expressed fear or discomfort with it doesn’t always need to be a grand surprise at the end. For example if your client is scared of brows looking a certain way show them a sneak peek of what your brow process looks like….
