Scutellinia sp. aka Ravenous Maw of the Woods aka Eye of Madness aka Moss Mouth. It's probably S. scutellata, but I expect there's lots of species in this genus that all looks pretty similar - I don't actually know much about Scutellinia. Very hard to photograph with a normal camera too.
