Because our Adhesives are made of all Natural ingredients (just like how we are), but don’t have the ability to put on an extra pair of socks, or warm sweater (like we can), they CAN be damaged if left in cold conditions for prolonged periods of time!☃️
Please please please- when ordering your True Glue goodies, try to ensure you (or someone else) are able to snatch them up quickly after delivery, to avoid product separation/damage due to freezing temperatures!🥶
