I have a Bunny Ears Cactus too and you can wear a pair of gloves and use disinfected shears to separate 3-4 mature pads from the plant and let them dry out for a few days before potting them. The tiny “fingers” won’t grow on their own, so if you want to separate those, you need the mother pad it’s attached to
