Throwback to June 25 when we had a special gathering for the US Meat Party event! We had a blast cooking live performance by Chef @nd_hartono  with his U.S Tenderloin with Poach Egg Bearnaise recipe. Andy showed the crowd how simple it is to grill steak if it comes from a good quality meat like the U.S Meat. The corn fed U.S Meat has a special characteristic of flavour, you can taste a hint of sweetness from the corn and of course it's juicer and more tender. Besides the cooking show, we served a range of American favorite dishes, specially made by Dapur Mini Kem Chicks. Roasted Turkey, Turkey Sandwich, Mini Burger and Hot Dog with U.S Meat, and the super delicious Carrot Cake and American Brownie from Lees Bakery. We also had a Surprise Sous Chef, Mr. Rey Santella from USDA who assisted Chef Andy prepare the U.S Sirloin Matah Dressing, this special dish was created to symbolize the unity of east and west culture. Big Thanks to Mr. Santella who has enlivened the show!
