Solace ! Despite everything that’s happened to me I’ve found solace in knowing that I’ve come this far in my journey . 20 year old me wouldn’t have believed I could get this big and 30 year old me would never have found the time to be this dedicated to the gym. It’s an awkward thing because anybody else who’s on this journey would understand that it’s never enough and we are always striving to improve to grow more . It’s part of the fun, but it’s also a little bit self depriving at times. Remembering where you started from and realising how far you’ve come puts everything into perspective .
