Shoulders and legs with @monicavidalayala ...multi joint exercises is a great way of training as you can burn more calories and really engage your core..also hitting different muscle groups at the same time.. Today we did 4 different exercises x4 rounds (12-15 reps)..you can also add a cardio element to the circuit by doing hiit type exercises after each round!! burpies..skipping..hi knees..short sprints just to name a few..one min !!
