Mini microwave vegan quiche
A recent quick snack I tried using the microwave! I added
@pulsin soya protein powder, some crumbled tofu, lentils, brocoli, spinach, pepper, celery, chilli, tumeric, baking powder and
@marigoldengevita nutritional yeast. Mix it all up and put in the microwave for 90 seconds medium heat.
Looks a bit messy but tastes great! Nice quick protein snack and you can whip up a side dip like salsa, guacamole or dip it into some soya sauce!
