Is it me or does it take awhile after you order for your product to be shipped out??

My post keeps getting removed because I'm speaking the truth but I'll go ahead and post it again your website would not allow me to look at the ingredients but I went ahead and ordered the prenatals anyways which are over $100 so you would think the ingredients would be good yet when I got them they are full of natural flavoring citric acid and juice concentrate so I can't take these and no woman should be taking them how do I go about getting a refund because your customer service is unresponsive
