The last go light session before show that everyone hates because we still want to train hard in our head! Pulling back on peak week can be challenging. Not physically as our body benefits from a de load the week leading up to show, but mentally it’s hard to do less cardio, less steps and train light. Feels wrong and I hate change too. Keep reminding my self a rested physique is a fresh physique on stage. One more day 💃🏼 @zonefitnessplymouth
