Slappy Trucks

All throughout the pandemic when the world stopped and things were locked down I started messing with my trucks. I decided to start working on designs and the sampling process began shortly after. I went through so many different versions of the hangers and baseplates, experimenting with different bushings, bushing heights, hardnesses, turning radius, kingpins, polishes, the list goes on for over two years. I finally got the truck to where I really like it, the main thing I wanted in a truck was for it to have the best grind clearance I could get without messing up the turn that I wanted. I also wanted the truck to be strong, light and have a classic look and feel. At the end of all of this it’s just me in my garage trying to create something new to have fun with. The trucks will be available through Eastern Skateboard Supply, South Shore, Ocean Avenue, Tactics, Skate Warehouse and Ultimate Distribution this November. Thanks to all of these amazing distro’s for giving me a chance and being down to support something new in these crazy times. 🙌🏻
