As D.C. gears up to host World Pride 2025, this year’s Pride promises to be one of the brightest yet. Capital Pride's 2024 theme is “Totally Radical” — so expect to see plenty of ’80s and ’90s throwback festivities across the city.
The official Capital Pride opening party is Friday, June 7, at Northeast club Echostage. The big Capital Pride Parade (Saturday, June 8) runs a longer route down 14th Street NW this year, and Pride weekend wraps with a festival and concert on Pennsylvania Avenue NW on Sunday, June 9.
