Don’t put too much stock in the weight that you use on a cable machine. It’s going to feel much different from using free weights because of pulleys—and there’s a huge difference from one cable machine to another. Just use the amount of weight you need to fatigue your muscles within the recommended rep range in your program. The most important thing is to approach muscle failure, regardless of the weight on the machine 💪🏻
