VULNERABLE POST ✨✨✨ January to today ! 28 pounds down and counting ! Same shorts ! I can not believe my eyes when I’m looking at this pic from January ! I was the most miserable, tired , exhausted, HEAVIEST , depressed ,unhappy and unhealthy version of myself ! And I’m so glad I’m no longer in that body or mindset today ! I was not in a good place , my hormones were completely shot , my cortisol skyrocket , my liver terrible , my cholesterol a joke , I was in fight mode / trying to survive ! Today I’m the happiest I’ve been in so long . Im finding what makes me happy and calm again . I’m choosing me ! I’m choosing my peace ,I’m choosing my future family ❤️ ! I chose Victoria ❤️ Making the choice to do something about my mental , physical and wellness health was the best decision I could have made! Stepping into @primevitalitywellness talking with @doc_g_official and @anaisabelglz changed everything for the best ! I’m so thankful they have been by my side through these months !
