Porto Pianofest in Washington DC, 3rd edition, complete! It's been a week since we presented the festival to our DC audience and what a pleasure it was! Again, surrounded by PPF Associate Director Mariel Mayz and soprano Lara Martins, and supported by the Embassy of Portugal, Washington D.C., Ambassador Francisco Duarte Lopes and Madam Ambassador, Sandra Pires, Instituto Camões, I.P., Taylor Fladgate Port Wine, and private sponsors. Thank you all! As a bonus, Lara and I also got to play a recital for the Embassy Series, performing works from our Projecto Mensagem-- to be presented at the festival on August 2nd.
